Old meets new. Back in 1889, Gula Paviljongen first opened its doors.
There has been a restaurant at this location since the late 19th century, and that legacy still lives on today. Guests have always found their way here — from Jämtland, Åre and all over the world. That feeling is something we want you to sense the moment you step through the doors at Zoft.
Here, you should feel taken care of and at ease. Our menu is a kind of Global Fusion, where we combine techniques and ingredients from different parts of the world to create something unexpected, uncomplicated and, above all, genuinely good. The seasons guide what comes out of our kitchen, and sometimes we also cook a little more freely, inspired by the day itself.
